30/5/09 Sandy Bay Ashington
Another Depping gig for Daz and Matt Wright on guitar went well
enough had a good gig with lots of fun nothing spectacular just a good
gig my pedal went funny and had no wireless pack so couldn't venture
far into audience. It was an owners party and we got free grub, chicken
and chips.

5/6/09 ROTN to the Core at the Thornhill Stanningly Leeds
Fantastic evening with The Jed Thomas Band in support, this was the
start of the weekends activity and went off with a boom. Exciting and
fun turn up plug in and play. A dicky lead had me scratching my head a
little but still i had fun

7/6/09 Seacroft Wmc Leeds
A severely good night with the added bonus of three ladies exposing
their chest flesh at us nice! We expected a poor gig but it certainly
wasn't apart from the small technical problems ( Grahams
headphones and me loosing sound during queen), everything was
good. The concert secretary said that our reputation had preceded us
and we were even better than expected!

Fantastic gig as usual one of our favorites packed with appreciative
crowd. Cant wait for next one. Was Lisa's birthday Daz got her up to
sing Happy Birthday to her its her legs on the photo marked candid on
home page. Daz broke his bottom E string on bass

Enjoyed playing with the Harry Coffey Band again. Played Smoke on
the Water for the first time ever great solo. Fez played keyboards and it
sounded great. Crap turnout as usual but filled up for our last 3
numbers.

Good gig more a paid rehearsal very few punters less than 20 but it
was a good evening non the less.

19/6/09 The Travllers Stanley Wakefield
Great gig with a drugs raid in the first number so after the sniffer dogs
had finished we got on with it and had a good first set. Then the
second set came alive with dancing and singing from the audience
Sung happy birthday to Adele who was 30 today.

20/6/09 Thorne Coronation Club
We are the last band to ever play this club as it closed the next day. But
we closed it in style with a packed house of Family and friends who
were celebrating our bass players 25th wedding anniversary. A Funny
night that went well.

A great gig coming from this new venue it is just starting out on the live
music scene and has great potential especially because it has its own
cantonese resturant built in to the venue.This gig came about from Ian
of Monkey Dust who enjoyed a few beers with us. Great crowd and a
great feel to the place.We played it really well.

27/6/09 The New England Club Peterborough
I will give you a clue to this gig it was billed as Adult comedy and ex
Space Cadet members. It was a ticket admission at five pounds, we
were told that the last time the Cadets played there they sold 93
tickets. We sold 183 and were told the last time it had been this full
was New Years Eve. We played the gig and had a storming time, the
comedy went well with a great reaction to everything and the music
went down brilliant, we really are coming into our own at the moment.

3/7/09 The Wentworth Barnsley
Started out a bit slow but gradually built pace. By the second spot they
were shouting for more and enjoyed themselves the second spot was
fuller than the first. We were the third band on at this venue since
reopening and things are looking good. Smoke on the water died on
its arse.

4/7/09 Corby Conservative club private party
A great night made fabulous by a great bunch of people. This booking
came from a private booking from the audience at the Grampian Club.
We had a great time played well entertained the crowd. We were fed
and appreciated told by more than one we were fuc...ing brilliant from
the little Glasgow public.

A good night but nothing special punters thin on the ground but we
were appreciated and asked to do a beer festival at the pub in August
provided they get an outside licence for the music

Another good result put on my new face and had a laugh all the lads
were watching me perform the infamous Mavericks solo which is so
easy i always stuff it up but not tonite the pressure helped me get it
bang on! So Graham cheered....Met Jodie from Hampole nice girl.

Had a crap Pizza but was a good gig. Stage looked great everyone
performed well my gear went down so i played Queen solo with Carls
wireless when we swopped back my gear came back on line to finish
out the gig. Good crowd bingo saw em off though, shame early finish
good Sunday night gig home for 1pm

California Cliffs Great Yarmouth
A fantastic night in a good venue packed with Holiday makers who
loved the show. Even the agent who booked us for Ted Management
was there and gave us the thumbs up. He cane to watch us after
playing in the small room himself,

A fairly new venue starting out Punters a bit thin on the ground but
those who were there enjoyed themselves. As a Band we played well
tight but with the lack of audience hard to get into it.

25/7/09 The Royal Oak Huddersfield
A welcome return to a good venue with great people quite a few turning
out to shout for more all night. One lady walked up to me and said our
guitar playing was beautiful. We played Rosalie for a grateful punter
called Ian who loved our Lizzy songs of which we played three. My Les
Paul sounded well. Could'nt play behind head or back very well as my
arm is still painful.

A great gig once we got going started early for outside kerfew at
8.30pm. Messed up boys r back both me and Carl but after that things
got better and had a good evenings fun.Got a recording of the desk mix
on my mini disc player.

A Typical Holiday Park gig good fun in places but nothing remarkable
happening. Just the band gelling and improving.

Another day at the office problems with the lights spoilt a good show
but we think we solved the problem Show Magic can be a pain
sometimes but well worth the effort when its running well.
