| Thelmas Thighs is a fun band we developed out of an early local punk crossed with Macc Ladds type of band. During the late 80s and early 90s there was quite a following for this group. Before I joined them in the late 90s, I went to see them in my van which i was driving down to my local about 2000 yds away from my home because Id had some rather painful surgery to me important areas, this made walking difficult so i drove to the gig in my van. I was arrested for drink driving for only just being over the limit and although the Judge took pity on me he gave me the minimum fine and a 12 month driving ban. Which gave me the blues for real NEVER DRINK AND DRIVE!!! Fool! |
